Electric blankets have a 1 year warranty from date of purchase. Abuse of the product, or failure to follow the instructions will void the guarantee. Units can be returned for a replacement or refund from the store, provided the customer has adequate proof of purchase and the item is tested and confirmed genuinely faulty.
PLEASE NOTE:
Where the product has been supplied and the consumer was allowed the opportunity to inspect the goods prior to purchase (retail environment) or the product is damaged due to consumer negligence, we will treat the case as an “Out of Warranty” return and will not offer a refund on the item.
Any product that is subject to customer abuse will not be credited. These product can be repaired at cost to the customer.
