Beeswax contains natural emulsifiers that help retain moisture, making it a great ingredient for dry, chapped lips. Much as sunblock protects your skin, beeswax may help protect your lips from harmful UV rays. Beeswax contains antibacterial elements which may help protect sensitive skin.

Coconut oil is made up of medium chain fatty acids which help to reduce dryness and allow your skin to retain moisture. Coconut oil provides a protective barrier, which helps shield skin from environmental toxins.
